How do I return an item?

We really hope you love every Commonly Rare item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. 

Once your return has been received, we’ll send an email to notify you that we’ve got your return, confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been approved, this will then be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.

What do I do if my item is faulty or wrong?

If your item is not of satisfactory quality or not as described, you may fill out a return form here and check the item as “Faulty”. Please note that items which are damaged due to normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty and Commonly Rare Designs has the right to refuse a refund on these grounds.

We will email you to confirm the item is faulty, images of the item may be required for a full refund to be processed.

If you received the wrong item, please fill out a return form here and mark it as “Wrong Item”.

Can I return a personalized product?

All sales on personalized products are final and cannot be returned as they’re products made to order.

What items are Non-returnable?

Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?

As a business we're constantly changing our prices due to fashion trends, sales demand and other various reasons. This does unfortunately mean that if the price has changed since you've ordered, we are unable to refund the price difference.

What should I do if my refund is incorrect?

Please contact our Customer Service team here if your return appears to be incorrect. 

Please note that we will refund you the amount paid, please check your original order confirmation to check if discount has been applied at checkout to your items, before contacting us. 

I did not use the return postage label in my return, what can I do?

Please contact our Customer Service team here with your name and order number so we can keep track of your order when it returns back to our Warehouse. 

Will my original postage costs be refunded?

Postage costs will only be refunded if your entire order is damaged or wrong.

Where is my refund/exchange?

Returns can take up to 14 working days to reach us, once processed by our Returns team, depending on your card issuer your refund will land in your account within 5 working days .

Exchange requests will be processed once we receive your return back. Please note our exchange policy is subject to stock availability. If you receive a refund instead of an exchange for your return, unfortunately we were unable to process your request at this time.

If it’s been over 14 working days since you sent your parcel back and you have still not received your refund/exchange, please get in touch with us and attach a picture of your proof of postage receipt, confirm your order number and item(s) you returned. A member of our Customer Service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
